Due to the decision of changing the capital to a central area, it was founded in 1956. The city covers foreign diplomatic groups, and embassies were build based in each country’s architectural style, producing a pleasant different view.

3 Force Place joins the 3 places that are presidential headquarters, Deputy Council, Senate and Supreme Justice Court. Justice Place and Foreign Relations Place are there too.
